Count it, Change it, Create it

The Action Plan is all about aligning education and training activity to a shared vision for developing digital skills across the Region – delivering the best possible advantage to children, students, staff, employers and citizens. 

There’s already a strong foundation of good practice in the Region – highlighted by the 24 showcases at the Action Plan briefing events - but in some cases activity needs refocusing and there are gaps in provision as well.    So three types of Action are needed:

• If activity is already delivering Action Plan targets – count it!
• If provision needs refocusing – change it!
• If there are gaps and new project ideas or funding streams are needed – create it!

What can you do?  The first step is to map your activities – both regular delivery and special projects – onto the Action Plan using the framework below.
